		<description>Great post.  I think this is a common problem for organizations in transition and fundamentally lack the technical tools to make data discoverable.  Whether that means you expose your company&#039;s search engine or install a social bookmarking solution, those steps can help.  That is not enough, however.  As an advocate for the wiki one must continue to drive established work processes into the environment.  Messaging should move into the wiki, work products should move in, and data sharing should also shift into the environment.  Great stuff, you got me all fired-up now!</description>
